We hope you enjoy your gift and make sure your experience is as smooth and tension-free as possible. But we know and understand that oftentimes, the plans change. Although we do our best to fulfil all requests, unfortunately, there are certain instances where you may have to cancel your order. That is precisely why we have designed a clear and straightforward order cancellation policy for customers who wish to cancel an order.

How Can I Cancel My Beezle Store Order?

If you want to cancel an order, all you need to do is follow the few steps below:

     Get in touch with our customer support team through WhatsApp or call us at +923001-BEEZLE.

     Include your order number and why you are cancelling.

     Wait for our team's response within 2–4 business hours.

It is best to act fast so your order is not processed and shipped before you can cancel it.

Provide your:

     Order number

     Name and contact

     Reason for cancellation

No need to provide any additional proof — we’ll validate your order cancellation request soon.

When Can You Cancel an Order?

As long as we have not already shipped your order from our facility, you are free to cancel it. However, orders that have a status of “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery” cannot be cancelled.

     Before your order is dispatched, you can request an order cancellation.

     After shipment, there is no option to cancel the order.

Exceptions – When Cancellation Isn't Possible

Please take note that we may not be able to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

     Your gift has been sent already.

     You’ve asked for a customized item, and its preparation is already being processed.

     It’s a same-day delivery product.

     Stuff those are ordered during the peak holidays/events (Valentine's Day, Eid, etc.) when items are processed beforehand.

Important Notes

     Some orders get processed immediately, so they may not be eligible for cancellation.

     Some gift items are customized and personalized and are ordered to be made or made to order, which may not be cancelable if their preparation has already begun.

     If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel or refund the item.

Reasons I Can’t Cancel My Order after It Ships

At Beezle Store, most of our products are handmade or personalized or perishable items like flowers and cakes. Our logistics team takes care of timely delivery once the order is placed and dispatched. Therefore, cancellations post-shipping aren't available owing to:

     Fragile packaging

     Custom-made products

     Partner courier coordination

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
